Index Property Management and Administration was successfully established in 1999 by Judy Stephen and Paul Izzard. Over the last couple of years the division has grown rapidly due to the personalized, individually tailored, services offered. These include:

Judy Stephen: started her career in the property industry in 1986 and her experience covers selling, leasing and administering residential, industrial and commercial properties. She passed the Board exam in 1991, and has a long history in the industry. Judy is a member of the National Association of Managing Agents and holds the RPL4 and RPL5 qualifications

Bronwen Thomas: has been in property administration from 2005. Has passed Law Sectional Title Meetings, Sectional Title Bookkeeping and currently studying a Sectional Title Management course.
